Why the oven is always the problem

- Hob and extractor
The hob surface, burner caps, and surrounding areas are degreased. The extractor fan or hood filter is cleaned or, if it is a disposable filter, we will let you know it needs replacing.
- Final check
We check the oven against the same standards a letting agent would use. If something is not right, we address it before we leave.
