Quotes and scope
We base a quote or time estimate on the property and work described to us. If the condition or scope is materially different when we arrive, we will discuss it before carrying out additional work or changing the price.
Access and safety
The customer is responsible for arranging safe access to the property and telling us about known hazards, delicate surfaces, alarms, pets or areas that must not be entered.
Payment
The agreed price and payment timing will be confirmed with you when the booking is arranged. Any requested extra work is discussed before it is added.
Satisfaction guarantee
If something covered by the agreed clean has been missed, tell us promptly and give us a reasonable chance to inspect it. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee means we return free of charge to put agreed cleaning work right.
