• Clean inside and outside of oven, including racks and door glass
• Degrease hob, burners, and surrounding surfaces
• Clean extractor fan and filters
• Wipe down all cupboard doors inside and out
• Clean worktops, splashbacks, and tiled areas
• Descale and clean the sink and taps
• Clean inside the fridge, freezer, and dishwasher
• Wipe microwave inside and out
• Mop floor including edges and under appliances

Bathroom(s)

Limescale and mould are the most common reasons for deposit deductions in Derby bathrooms. Tackle these thoroughly.

• Descale shower head, screen, and tiles
• Clean bath, including any staining around the waste
• Scrub grout lines and reseal if needed

Outside & Final Checks

• Clean any garden storage or outbuilding if applicable
• Clear gutters of debris near your property
