Who writes what is on this site
Sarah and the family team write the pricing, guides and area pages on this site, drawn from nine years of cleaning jobs across Derby. See our story and recent Derby jobs for the evidence behind it.
How prices are set and kept current
Every price on this site comes from the same £25 hourly rate we actually charge, applied to real job timings. The pricing guide is the single source for every figure quoted elsewhere on the site. When the rate or a timing changes, we update the pricing guide first and bring every other page in line with it.
Fixing a wrong price or fact
If a price or fact anywhere on this site is wrong or out of date, email hello@derbycleaners.co.uk with the page and what looks wrong. We correct the page and note the month it was last checked. This page itself was last checked in January 1970.
If a clean itself falls short
That is a different matter to a wrong figure on the website. See our complaints policy for how we put a job right.
