Busiest times of year
June – July (End of academic year)
Student houses across Derby need end of tenancy cleans. This is our busiest period. Book at least 2 weeks ahead if you need an end of tenancy clean during this window.
March – April (Spring cleaning)
Many Derby residents want a spring clean or deep clean as the weather warms up. Demand rises but it's manageable — a week's notice is usually enough.
December (Pre-Christmas)
Everyone wants their home sparkling before guests arrive. The last two weeks of December book up fast. Plan ahead or book in early December instead.
Quietest times (best availability)
January, February, and September tend to be quieter months. If you're flexible on timing, these are ideal for booking a deep clean with short notice.
Midweek slots (Tuesday to Thursday) are generally easier to book than Mondays and Fridays, which are popular with regular clients.
